Our programmes are bold:

We support and manage initiatives, such as new entrant diversity programmes, for a wide variety of clients - including ITV, Channel 4 and PACT.

thinkBIGGER! trained Channel 4’s Bafta-winning team for the London 2012 Paralympics, putting novices on national screens. Presenters like Ade Adepitan, Alex Brooker, Daraine Mulvihill and Arthur Williamson now have high-profile screen careers.

After a successful Rio 2016, our team continues to work with Channel 4 in the build-up to a third Paralympics in Tokyo in 2021. We helped high-performance sports agency UK Sport to make sure Team GB athletes put their best foot forward in media appearances in Rio.

We work regularly on projects with other media industry household names, including ITV, BBC, Channel 4, Screen Skills and others.

After more than a decade in business, we know the challenges the industry presents and are committed to help you overcome them. With access to our unrivalled network of top screen industry professionals, we deliver amazing results.

We can help you make the right recruitment strategies to give you the edge.

Are you a company looking to recruit diverse talent, develop your existing talent, or identify innovative ways to shake up your recruitment strategy?
